Ingredients
red potatoes with skinegg substituteegg whitessalt pepperpamgluten free pancake mix
Directions
put eggs in bowl. grate potatoes & onion in food processor to desired texture. add to eggs. add seasonings and stir. add pancake mix and blend well. heat nonstick pan and spray with pam. drop spoonfuls of batter to pan. cover and cook til brown on bottom. turn and repeat.
