2 apples - cut into 1/2 inch pieces 1 1/2 cup almond milk1 1/2 cup water1 cup uncooked steel cut oats1/2 tsp cinnamon1 Tbsp. ground flax seed 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Directions
Add all ingredients in slow cooker. Stir and cook on low for 7 hours
