Gluten Free Crepes

Ingredients
bob's red mill all purpose baking "flour" (gluten free)large eggsolive oilhalf and half creme (can use 1% milk)water
Directions
mix wet ingredients together,
blend into dry ingredient mixing well!
Pour onto non-stick skillet pre-warmed to med-high heat.
when top of crepe loses the shine (dry looking) flip over
cook 2nd side.
