½ block (about 5 oz) Mori-Nu lite tofu ½ cup nonfat yogurt (or soy yogurt)4 cloves garlic, crushed 2 tbsp fresh dill or 2 tsp dried
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend smooth.
Store, covered, in the refrigerator.
