1.25 lbs ground beef1 egg.25 cup milk.25 dried italian bread crumbs1/3 onion mincessalt and pepper to taste1 T dried parsley1t garlic powder
Directions
mix all ingredients well, shape into a loaf, bake for 50 minutes at 350.
