Tahini, A Lemon, Ginger Root, 12 Oz Can of Garbanzo Beans aka Chick Peas, Garlic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Place Garbanzo Beans in the Food Processor, Grind up until smooth. Place in a Medium Size Bowl Mix in Olive Oil and Tahini until even. Then Mix is Ginger Root and Chopped garlic. Lastly Squeeze in lemon juice until taste meets your means.
Try using curry instead of lemon juice and ginger.
The basic ingredients are tahini, chickpeas, garlic, and olive oil. You can put anything you want in it but i recommend ginger the most!.
Place in the fridge until you are ready to serve.
Serve with peppers, cucumbers, pita chips, zucchini, snap peas, avocado wedges, or pour greek yogurt on top with pine nuts. etc.
