Shrimp Mix

Ingredients
Shrimp, cooked, 32 oz peeled and deveinedOlive Oil, 3 tbsp Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper diced Mushrooms, cooked, 1 cup pieces Half and Half Cream, 1 cup Green Beans (snap), 1 cupSalt and pepper to tasteCrisp bacon bits Green onions/chives2 TBLS bacon grease or EVOO
Directions
If you are using bacon, use the bacon grease to to saute the veggies, otherwise, use EVOO

If using fresh green beans, saute these first. If using frozen green beans, they can be sauteed with the other veggies

Saute onions, jalapeno, mushrooms (and green beans if using frozen) until soft.

Add shrimp and cook them for 3-4 minutes each side

Add cream, cheese, salt and pepper and bring to a boil

Can be served over rice or orzo if carbs are not an issue
