Pork, Salsa, and Hominy Soup

1lb ground lean pork1 onion, chopped4 cups chicken broth2 (15 oz) cans hominy,draind2 cups fat free green salsa4 cloves garlic,minced1 teaspoon ground cumin1teaspoon oragano2 tablespoons corn meal
Heat a nonstick Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the pork and onion; cook, stirring frequently to break up the pork, until browned, about 5 mins.
Add broth, hominy, salsa, garlic, cumin, and oregano; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, until the flavors are blended, about 15 mins.
Stirring constantly, gradually add the cornmeal to the soup. Cook ,stirring occasionally, until slightly thickend, about 5 mins.
Serving Size: 1 1/4 cups
