Beef, round steak, 1 lb slicedCream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup Onions,1/2 cup, chopped Butter, salted, 1/8 cup Flour, white, 2 tablespoonsSalt, 1 tsp Garlic, 1 clove Pepper, black, 1/4 tsp Mushrooms, canned, 1 4 oz. can
Cook and stir sliced beef and onion in butter in skillet until beef is browned. Stir in flour, salt , garlic, pepper and mushroms. Cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes. Stir in soup. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream; heat through.Serve over hot rice. 4 servings.
