Roasted Seasoned Chickpeas

4 15.5oz cans of chickpeas, drained and rinsed 6 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil 2 tsp onion powder 2 tsp granulated garlic 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp cayenne pepper 1 tsp sea salt
Toss chickpeas onto oil sprayed cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn oven temp to 425degrees.
Remove chickpeas from oven and toss with olive oil and spices.
Roast an additional 15-20 minutes.
Cool.
These store in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
