STEM PROJECT Creamy Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients
2 3/4 C Confectioners' Sugar6 T Unsweetened Cocoa Powder6 T Butter5 T Evaporated Milk1 t Vanilla Extract
Directions
1. In a medium bowl, sift together the sugar and cocoa, and set aside
2. In a large bowl, cream butter until smooth
3. Gradually beat in sugar mixture alternately with evaporated milk.
4. Blend in vanilla, Beat until light and fluffy.
5. If necessary, adjust consistency with more milk or sugar
