Rice and veg locke style

Ingredients
2 cups White long grain rice2 cups brown long grain rice2 cups frozen peas2 cups frozen sweet corn 100g frozen mixed veg1 medium onion3 cloves of garlicwater as neededsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
thaw the frozen veg, chop the onion and garlic then add all to the rice cooker. Add water as instructed by the rice cooker instructions for this much rice and switch on and cook.

You can add cooked chicken at the end to make a tasty filling dinner. You might have to add more water after cooking, to stop it being too dry
