Quick Crockpot Pulled BBQ Chicken

Ingredients
2 boneless chicken breasts10 tbsp BBQ sauce200g onionA little water *Rolls (whole wheat) - not included in total
Directions
Place chicken breasts in crockpot.
Add BBQ sauce and onion and mix up so chicken is coated.
Add a little water in.

Cook on low 7-8 hours.

Serve one whole wheat buns.

-Low cal side dishes: Broccoli salad, coleslaw, 1 oz. chips, pickles, etc...
