Texas Ladys Simple Egg Salad

Ingredients
Whole Peeled Hard Boiled Eggs (6 egg), 3 servingYogurt, plain, low fat, .33 cup (8 fl oz)Pepper, black, 1 dash*Hellmann's Dijonnaise, 1.5 tspprep and cook times depend on wether you use fresh eggs or pre-boiled/peeled eggs
Directions
Boil eggs and peel (or used pre-boiled andf peeled eggs). Dice eggs and mix together with other ingredients.

Serce as a sandwich or just as a salad on a lettuce leaf.
