1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries1/2 cup peaches and juice, canned in extra light syrup1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
Place ingredients in blender in order listed. Blend until smooth. (If you like a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes to reach desired consistency.)
Serve immediately, or pour into pint-size Mason jars and freeze. Thaw 1 minute in microwave on high and stir.
