Spicy chicken salad with almonds

Ingredients
3 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded2 large eggs, hard boiled and chopped4 stalks celery, chopped1/2 medium onion chopped1 bell pepper, chopped1/4 cup almonds, chopped fine1/2 -3/4 cup light mayonaise1/4 tsp. pepper1 tsp. tobasco sauce1 tsp. cajun seasoningMixed salad greens
Directions
Grill or boil chicken until cooked, skimming fat while cooking. Remove chicken from grill or pot, set chicken aside to cool. In a large bowl, shred cooled chicken and add celery, onion, bell pepper, chopped boiled eggs, almonds and spices. Add mayonnaise, 1/4 cup at a time, until desired consistency is reached. Serve over a bed mixed salad greens. Enjoy!!
