Tammy's Stir Fry

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts cut in strips, or chunks2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce, 2 tsp. sugar, and 1/3 cup water2Tbsp. Canola Oil1 Red bell pepper, cut in strips1 Yellow bell pepper, cut in strips20 baby carrots2 celery stalks cut in slices1 onion chopped1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained1 can sliced bamboo shoots, drained1 packet sun-bird stir-fry mix
Directions
Mix together water, seasoning, soy sauce, sugar and set aside. In a large wok heat oil and stir fry chicken until cooked through. Add vegetables and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add seasoning mixture and stir fry an additional minute or until thickened.
