April's Protein Oatmeal

Ingredients
1/2 cup Dry OatsWater (enough to sligtly cover oats)1/2 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon2 oz. Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk1/2 small box Raisins (or just enough to sprinkle)4 packets Splenda
Directions
Mix water with oats in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.

When done, immediately add 1/2 scoop to 1 scoop protein powder (Depending on your protein needs) to the oatmeal.


The consistency may be thick, so add about 2 oz. unsweetened almond milk to the bowl.


Mix in the 4 packets of Splenda.


Add a few raisins (1/2 a small box full or less, because they contain alot of calories).


Sometimes I'll add a dollop of Fat-free Cool Whip.


If you want to keep your calories low, omit the raisins, but keep in mind that your breakfast should always be hearty.
