Ingredients
*Squash, winter, acorn, raw, 1 squash (4 inch dia) (remove)Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced (remove)*Summer Squash, 1 cup, sliced (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced (remove)*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, .5 tbsp (remove)Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp (remove)*Ortega green chilies whole mild, 1 oz (remove)
Directions
slice and chop all vegies, put oil and butter in pan melt, toss in veggies cover over med heat until tender stirring occasionally.
