Tofu Egg Salad

Ingredients
1 cake of Nasoya organic extra firm tofu5 hard boiled eggs4 tbls. of Kraft Miracle Whip Light6 tbls. of sweet pickle relishmustard to tastesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
boil eggs and peel
press excess water out of tofu
chop or mash tofu and eggs in a bowl. add remaining ingredients and mix well. serve on toasted bread.
