Parmesan Chicken with Lemon-Caper Sauce

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese1 tablespoon olive oil2 tablespoons lemon juice2 tablespoons low-sodium chicken broth2 tablespoons drained capers1 tablespoon butter
Parmesan, pressing gently to adhere. Heat
olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium
heat. Cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until
done. Remove from pan, and keep warm. Add
lemon juice and broth to skillet, scraping to
loosen browned bits. Cook 2 minutes or until
reduced by half. Add capers and butter; cook 2
minutes longer or until slightly thickened. Serve
with chicken.
