Quick and Easy Turkey A La King

Ingredients
1 10 oz. bag of frozen mixed vegetables8 oz. cubed turkey breast (fully cooked)1 1/4 cup reduced sodium chicken broth1 cup skim milk1/2 cup flour1 tsp. hot pepper sauce1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
Directions
In a saucepan bring the chicken broth to a bowl. In a bowl or other container whisk together the flour and the cold milk.

While the broth is boiling, stir in the flour-milk mixture, black pepper and the hot pepper sauce. Then add the turkey breast and vegetables. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 15 - 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
