16 oz mushrooms2 T. minced garlicHalf large onion2 T. Extra virgin olive oil2 T. butter1 T. dried parsley1/2 cup white wine
in skillet, heat 1 tbsp of evoo. Add onions. cook to caramel color.While onions were cooking, wash mushrooms and cut in half. Remove onions from skillet and set aside. Add Mushrooms to skillet with 1 tbsp of evoo. Add in minced garlic. cover skillet with lid and cook mushrooms until soft. After the mushrooms are soft, remove lid. Add parsley, butter, caramelized onions, and wine to mushrooms. cook at med heat until liquid is mostly evaporated. remove from heat and serve. (Caution: let mushrooms set for at least 5 mins. before eating)
