Ingredients
24 oz Chicken Breast1 OnionGarlic5 Carrots5 Potatoes - medium2 cups Broccli2 Cups Chicken Broth2 Cups Milk1 cup shredded low fat cheddar cheese1 Tbs Olive OilBasilOregano
Directions
Dice chicken and onions. Sautee onion, garlic and chicken in olive oil. Add liquid, potatoes and carrots. Simmer until vegetables are cooked. Add broccoli and cheese. Continue to simmer until Broccoli is tender and cheese is melted into broth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Makes 6 servings. Two cups each.
