lean steak sliced in stripsonion soup mixbeef bouillionwatertoasted onionarrowrootplain yogurtbutter flavored pammushroomsgluten free pasta
cook noodles in separate pot. heat nonstick large pan and spray with pam. saute sliced steak and mushrooms til meat browned. add onion soup mix, onion flakes bouillon and water. let simmer about 20 minutes. mix arrowroot with water to make paste. add to pan and heat thru. add yougurt and heat thru. add cooked noodles and let cook on low light at least 5 minutes.
