Ingredients
1 electric juicer 3 medium apples3 large carrots4 tsp ginger root (about a one inch piece 0r more if desired)2 medium oranges1 mango9 medium strawberries'1 medium stalk of celery1 medium to large leaf fresh kale1-1/2 c fresh spinach2 cloves garlic1/3 standard size cucumber1/2 cup cauliflower ( a good sized piece off the head)2 plum tomatoes
Directions
scrub or wash vegetables and fruit. remove core, stem and blossom ends from apples. (I slice in half). Remove the ends from fruit and vegetables as needed. Peel mango and slice fruit from the seed. Peel garlic. Cut any vegetables or fruit to large for the juicer feeder. set up juicer and begin feeding produce into it. Roll the greens into small balls before placing in feeder. When finished divide equally into containers add ice and enjoy.
