Low Cal/Low Fat Ranch Baked Perch

2 ocean perch fillets1 Tbls T.Marzetti Light Ranch Dressing1 tsp dried dill weedFoil
Line small baking sheet with foil, shin
y side down. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray foil lined baking sheet with light coating of cooking spray and place fillets on sheet.
Brush each fillet with 1/2 Tbls of ranch dressing and sprinkle each fillet with dill.
Bake untill fish flakes apart easily. About 20 min.
Remove from oven, place on plate with parsley and lemon wedge garnish.

We live on a great pan fish lake in MN.We love beer battered fish, but I am always looking for a great baked recipe.This is the best!! I used release foil/brushed w/veg oil.
