Low Cal/Low Fat Ranch Baked Perch

Ingredients
2 ocean perch fillets1 Tbls T.Marzetti Light Ranch Dressing1 tsp dried dill weedFoil
Directions
Line small baking sheet with foil, shin
y side down. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray foil lined baking sheet with light coating of cooking spray and place fillets on sheet.
Brush each fillet with 1/2 Tbls of ranch dressing and sprinkle each fillet with dill.
Bake untill fish flakes apart easily. About 20 min.
Remove from oven, place on plate with parsley and lemon wedge garnish.

    We live on a great pan fish lake in MN.We love beer battered fish, but I am always looking for a great baked recipe.This is the best!! I used release foil/brushed w/veg oil.     I LOVED this! I added the dill weed, but then added the garlic powder & lemon pepper like BusyBea1950. I put it over steamed white rice & steamed corn. Such a fantastic dinner! :) Thanks for the recipe post! - 6/20/11

    I used Ocean Perch and regular ranch dressing. This was the most bland fish I've ever had, I had even added garlic powder and onion powder. Could have been the fish, bc I've made Catfish with ranch and it was a hit. - 9/21/10
