Aisan Ramen Noodle Salad

Ingredients
Ramen noodles, green onions, carrots, cabbage, celery, sesame ginger dressing.
Directions
Makes about 6 servings.
Cut up vegetables and place in large bowl.
In a large pot of boiling water, cook ramen noodles until just separated and softened, about 5 minutes. Discard seasoning packet. Drain noodles and place on top of vegetables while still hot. This will soften them a bit. Add dressing and toss to coat. Chill 2 hours before serving. Garnish with cilantro and slivers of almond if desired.
