Cucumber Onion Salad

Ingredients
2 peeled cucumbers sliced very thinlySlice 1 large onion very thinlyCherry tomatoes optional (not included in nutrition information)1/4 cup cider vinegar1/4 cup white vinegar1 Tablespoon olive oil2 Tablespoons sugar1/2 t saltpinch of pepper
Directions
In a bowl mix both vinegars, the olive oil, sugar, salt and pepper. Blend in the cucumber and onion. Store in an air tight container in refrigerator. Adjust amounts for taste and size of cucumber.
