1/4 c butter, softened (unsalted is best)8 oz cream cheese, softenedlow carb sweetener of choice (equiv to 1 - 2 TBLS of sugar)
If needed, carefully soften cream cheese and butter in the microwave. You don't want the butter to become a liquid.
By fork, whisk, or mixer, blend butter and cream cheese together. Add vanilla and sweetener and blend to incorporate.
