Hamburger Casserole

2 lbs of hamburger6 cups of rice, prepared2 cans of cream of mushroom soup2 cans of green beans, drained1 cup of skim milk1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (optional, but included in nutritional information)
Put rice on to cook if it's not already. (Follow package instructions). While it's cooking, brown and drain the ground beef. Next, mix all the ingredients in a large pot and heat over medium heat until served. Makes approximately 15 10-cup servings
