Grilled Tofu Kabobs

Ingredients
Tofu, extra firm, 1 block (remove)Onions, raw, 5 small (remove)Turnips, 10 small (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup cherry tomatoes (remove)Olive Oil, .25 cup (remove)Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp (remove)Rosemary, 2 tbsp (remove)Thyme, fresh, 2 tsp (remove)Salt, 2 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
Chop all tofu and veggies to approx 1/2" and marinate in oil, vinegar and herbs/spices for at least two hours. Then skewer and grill over direct heat.

Serving Size: makes 14 - 16 kabobs.
