Ingredients
2 Green Bell Peppers cut in half and cleaned12 oz. 93% Lean ground meat1/2 c Onions chopped1 c Cooked Brown Rice3 oz. hot sausage fro Shop and Save1 can Hunts tomato sauce NO SALT2 cans Green Beans NOT SALTPepper to taste
Directions
Mix:
Ground meat, hot sausage, onions and brown rice.
fill the pepper halves evenly.
In a large baking dish place stuffed peppers.
Cover with tomato sauce. Cover and bake 350 degrees for Cook 1 hour...
then add green beans to the baking dish. cover and
bake 30 minutes
