Macaroni salad with prosciutto and smoked mozzarella

8 oz fiber gourmet rotini1/2 c red onion, diced1.5 c celery, diced1/2 c red bell pepper, diced1 c banana peppers, sliced6 oz prosciutto, chopped8 oz smoked mozzarella, diced1/2 c parsley, chopped1.5 c light mayonnaise1/2 c lowfat buttermilk1/4 c banana pepper juice1T red wine vinegar1t sugar1t salt1.5t pepper
Cook rotini according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. In a large bowl combine pasta and next 8 ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Add mayo mixture to pasta mixture and gently combine. Add more salt and pepper, to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
