Honey Lime Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1 - large egg - beaten1 cup - Silk Soy Yogurt - plain1/4 c - lime juice1/2 c - honey1 tsp - lime zest1/8 tsp - salt1/8 tsp - ground mace
Directions
Combine egg, lime juice, grated lime rind, and honey in a saucepan; cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Add salt and mace; cool. Fold in sour cream; chill.
