Rotel- canned tomatoes with green chilistomato pasteonioncabbagefrozen vegetablefrozen edamame gluten free vegetable stockolive oilblack pepperred pepper flakes (optional)
Saute the onion in olive oil. Add the frozen vegetable and cabbage. Add the tomato paste. Stir for a minute. Add the Rotel and veggie stock. Cover and cook for about an hour on low heat.
