Ingredients
1/2 avocado1/2 cup spinach1/2 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk 1 kiwi with skin1 serving stevia organic extract or monk fruit extract1 drop peppermint essential oil (can use organic peppermint extract instead if you like)
Directions
put in a vita mix or nutribullet, blend and drink!

The peppermint essential oil addition is great if you have a cold, lung problems, need to wake up or have a stomach digestive issue.
