Crockpot Mongolian Beef

Ingredients
1 lb. stew meat2 tsp. olive oil1 onion, thickly sliced1 tbsp. minced garlic1 cup soy sauce1 cup water3/4 cup brown sugar1/2 tsp fresh minced ginger1 cup hoisin sauce
Directions
Dump all ingredients into the crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. If leaving for longer than 8 hours, add a bit more water.

Serve over hot rice with fresh sliced green onions.
