Califlower, Broccoli, and Bacon Salad

Califlower, RAW, 1 head Broccoli, Raw, (3-4 florets) Frozen petite peas, 1 lb Red onion - raw 1/4 cup Bacon-1 Pound Mayonaise, 2 cups Granulated Sugar, 1/4 cup Cider Vinegar, 2 tsp Kosher Salt (Morton) 1/4 tsp Black pepper, black, 1/4 tsp Raisins, golden seedless, 1 cup, packed
1 Chop up the bacon into small pieces and then saute until crisp.
2 Chop up the califlower, broccoli and onions into bite sized pieces.
3 Mix the mayo, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper.
4 Mix the bacon, golden raisins and vegetables then add the dressing and stir until covered and yummy. ENJOY!
