Jean's low carb. vegetable soup

Ingredients
8 C. Organic Beef Broth1 Can Crushed tomatoes1 Can petite diced tomatoes2-3 Kohlrabi diced2 C. Fresh Green Beans cut into bite-size pieces1 C. Onion Cut into small pieces3 Cloves Garlic Minced
Directions
Combine all ingredients & cook on low boil until vegetables are done to your liking. Add salt & pepper to taste.
