Ingredients
Apples, fresh, 100 gramsBrown sugar, 1 1/2 tsp unpackedCorn starch, 1 tsp = 3 gramsCinnamon, ground, 1/4 tsp
Directions
Peel the apple and cut it into small pieces. Mix in a microwave safe bowl together with the rest of the ingredients plus up to 5 tbsp tapwater (depending on how runny you want the sauce to be). Put clingfilm over the bowl and nuke for about 2 min. Warning: gets VERY hot.
