Garlic Pesto Chicken over Whole Wheat Penne

Chicken:1 bottle of Lawry's Herb and Garlic Marinade4 Tbsp Pesto5 (1/2) chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch piecesSauce:16 oz whole wheat pasta (I use penne)2 Tbsp olive oil6 cloves of garlic, minced4 Tbsp Pesto1 cup of chicken broth16 oz tomato sauce (2 cans)2 cups of whole milk
Marinate chicken with Lawry's and 4 Tbsp of Pesto for a few hours or overnight.
Cook noodles to al dente.
Pour entire batch of chicken, marinade and all, into skillet and cook chicken fully (the marinade will evaporate/cook down).
Heat olive oil, cook garlic. Add pesto. Simmer in chicken broth until half has cooked down. Add tomato sauce. Then add milk. Simmer for 5 minutes. Toss pasta in. Add flour if it needs to be thickened. Place chicken on top. Serve.
Serving Size: Serves 8 people, 1-1.5 cups each
