Natural Whole-Grain Pumpkin-Oatmeal-Raisin Muffin made with Date Sugar

2 cups oatmeal, ground in blender2 cups chopped dates2 cups whole wheat pastry flour1 tsp. cinnamon1 tsp. cloves1 tsp. nutmeg1 tsp. ginger1 tsp. baking soda2 tsp. baking powder1 tsp salt2 cups date sugar1/2 cup milk(1) 29 oz can pumpkin1/2 cup olive oil3 eggs1 cup raisinsChop dates into small pieces. Combine with oatmeal in blender, and grind in blender until well-blended. Place in mixing bowl. Add remaining dry ingredients (whole wheat pastry flour, cinnamon, cloves,nutmeg, ginger, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.)In a separate bowl mix together eggs, pumpkin, olive oil, milk, and date sugar.Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in raisins. Spoon batter into greased muffin tins. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Enjoy!
Preheat oven to 425 F. Then turn down oven to 350 F for 25 to 30 minutes.
