Beef tips and Rice

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)Curry powder, .25 tsp (remove)Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Soup, bouillon cubes and granules, low sodium, dry, 1 teaspoon (remove)*Brown Rice, long grain, 1.5 cup (remove)Beef, tip round, 1.5 lb (remove)*Flour, white, .10 cup (remove)Broccoli, fresh, 3 cup, chopped or diced (remove)
Directions
Brown the tip beef with the garlic, onion and 1 tsp of olive oil. When it is browned add the water and beef stock and cook it high for 30 minutes. Then cook the broccoli in a steamer bag for 6 minutes set aside. Add the flour and the beef and broccoli togethor until you have a gravy. Then simmer for 5 minutes and serve over brown rice.
