Warm Mexican Corn Salad with Sour Cream and Avacado

1 cup Sweet Corn1 small onion finely chopped2 Garlic cloves finely chopped1 Green chilly finely chopped2 tbspn Coriander finely chopped2 tbspn mint finely chopped1 tspn old spice0.5 tspn chilli powder1 tbspn lemon juice2 tbspn sour cream1 Avacado mashed with some salt and pepper3 tbspn Extra virgin Olive oil1 tbspn butter2 tbspn Parmesan Cheese grated
Caramalise the chopped onions in the olive oil
Add the garlic and chillies
Sprinkle the old spice
toss in the corn with some salt and pepper
Add the mint and coriander leave some aside for decoration
Add a dollop of butter and sprinkle the lemon juice
Let it cook for another 10-15 mins
