Ingredients
chicken or pork cut in piecesvariety of lettece, plus spinichtomatoescucumbersonionsbell peppers (all colors)mushroomsstrawberries(light)Ranch dressing
Directions
fry chicken or pork in veg oil, canola oil
bread with wheat flour and cinnamin
make a salad and place on plate with meat and strawberries on top. Drizzle with light ranch dressing.
