Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 4 large Rapadura Organic Raw Cane Sugar 2 tsp Quinoa Flakes - CeresOrganics, 100 gram(s) Almond Meal, 1 cup LSC - linseed, Sunflower & Chai, 30 gram(s) Olive Oil, 2 tbspAlmond Milk 1 cup
Place all ingredients into mixing bowl and combine with wooden spoon.
Heat non-stick frying pan, add a tsp of oil if desired.
Drop 50 grams of batter into pan and cook until both sides are brown and crisp in appearance.
Top with yoghurt or fruit
Serving Size: 1 pancake (50 grams)
