TY Pimento Cheese Spread

Ingredients
4 cups 2% cheddar cheese, shredded2 small jars of pimentos, chopped1 cup light mayonnaise1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt, plainSaltCouple dashes of hot sauce
Directions
Drain pimentos and place in a food processor. Process until very fine dice. Shred all three bricks of cheese. Place all ingredients into a stand alone mixer (you can also use a hand mixer but it will take much longer). Mix at low speed until combined & then increase speed to medium and mix for 5 minutes. Add salt & hot sauce to taste.
