Lunch Salad

Ingredients
1 cup shredded brocolli1 medium carrottwo slices turkey lunch meat1 egg white, hard-boiledsalsa of choice
Directions
Shred brocolli and chop carrots into bowl. Cut and slice egg white and turkey into mixture. Toss with 2 tbsp salsa of choice. Enjoy.
