Spicy Baked Garlic-Cilantro Sea Bass

4 Sea Bass Fillets2 whole lemons12 cloves garlic3 T Extra Virgin Olive oil4 T (1 bunch) Cilantro1/2 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Pepper
Preheat over to 400 deg F.
Line flat baking pan with aluminum foil. Under cold running water rinse fish fillets and pat dry. Arrange fish on baking pan.
In blender add juice of ONE lemon, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, cilantro, salt and pepper. Blend on high until smooth.
Pour blender mixture over fish, slice remaining lemon and place 2 slices on each fillet. Bake in 400 deg. F oven for 7-10 minutes or until fish just begins to flake with a fork. Serves 4.
